About Me 

I am a current elementary teacher at Progreso Independent School District. I started a career as an educator 9 years ago when I got certified as a bilingual generalist for EC-8th grade. Currently I am teaching am the lead teacher for my grade level and teach 4th grade math, science, and social studies.  I currently hold a Masters in E.D. and a principal certificate. I have advanced my studies and better prepared my self to have all the skills necessary to ensure success of our students by building capacity on all of those  I can influence .

My e-portfolio is an active interactive place where I can collaborate with other professionals and educators. The portfolio is a tool that allows collaboration with easiness and displays all the projects that I have completed showing my level of competency in education in technology and leadership. I can show the growth as a professional and the skills I have gained. The projects are a reflection of the journey I have embarked and the progress I have made as I continue with my studies.

E-Portfolio's Purpose

The purpose of my e-portfolio is to document all tasks and assignments completed during the coursework for the M.Ed. Educational Technology degree. This e-portfolio is a representation of my growth during the program as I worked my way through the competitive course work. My journey to become an Educational Technology professional has allowed me to develop the comprehensive skills chronicled in this wiki.

Navigating the E-Portfolio

A web browser such as Internet Explorer, Firefox or Safari will allow you to view the e-portfolio. Individual projects may require Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Adobe Reader, QuickTime, Windows Media Player, or Flash Player. Each page of the e-portfolio is accessible through links located at the top of each page. Featured projects, as well as their artifact reports are accessible through links on the “Matrix" page. Information and projects for each course completed during my time in the program can be accessed through links on the “Courses Taken” page.
